Who is Monica?

With more than 10 years’ experience in the tech startups ecosystem, Monica facilitates Orange’s relationship with innovative startups, through the Orange Fab corporate accelerator. A Computer Science graduate with a passion for building products, she worked in startups in roles like software tester of product manager and has lead multiple startup support programs.

 

Who is Alexandra?

Alexandra is Program Director at StepFWD and Director of AI Engineering at Algolia. She was previously co-founder and CTO at MorphL, a platform that uses Machine Learning and BigData to predict users behavior in digital products and services, until January 2021 when MorphL was acquired by Algolia. She has a technical background and before founding her first startup, she owned an outsourcing company. Alexandra is an alumni of two business accelerators (2010 – Startupbootcamp in Denmark, 2016 – Prosper Women Entrepreneurs in U.S.A). In 2016, Alexandra was featured as one of the 100 successful female European startup founders by Hundert magazine. The top was also published by Forbes.

Inga is Director within EY Tax and Law practice in Romania, focusing on People Advisory Services. She joined EY Tax department in 2007, period in which she was also Secondee to EY Milan office. She is also Qualified Fiscal Consultant. Inga has extensive experience serving both domestic and multinational companies from various industries, in designing and implementing employment remuneration structures, HR and tax due diligence projects, dealing with authorities in relation to individual tax, social security and immigration matters. Her skills and competencies help her to successfully assist local clients, entrepreneurs, private clients and also multinational companies. Head of Tax Technology and Transformation team, she developed and implemented the first RPA in EY.
