Security Espresso Meetup 0x09

The October Security Espresso Meetup will be malware focused, with talks on honeypots and automation for malware analysis. Sounds interesting? Don’t forget to RSVP here and save your front row place on October 24 starting 6:45 PM!

About the event

This ninth meetup of Security Espresso brings with it malware-focused talks. The first presentation will be all about honeypots and how they can give us a great insight on what the next step of an attacker could be doing on a compromised server, obtain samples of new malware and observe mass attacks in a harmless way.

The second presentation will be a demo which will show you how easy malware analysis can be, by performing basic static analysis, if you are hunting Indicators of Compromise to build an analysis report containing at least 70% valid data, because fighting a malware is a normal thing, but speeding up the process is the next big thing.
