Who are Letitia & Raluca?

Since October 2016 Letitia has been part of the Nifty Learning family and it’s been the most rewarding professional and personal growth experience so far. She’s happy to offer her support to founders and teams that want to know more about the journey of founding a startup, how to pitch their business idea, how to validate it, and what to look for when speaking to potential customers or investors.

Raluca Apostol is Co-founder & Chief Product Officer at Nestor – a smart cloud assistant that helps managers to find the right way to coach their people. It automatically helps organizations to drive behavioral change through people science, AI technology and coaching practices. Raluca is Y Combinator Alumni S18, Machine Learning Ph.D., Co-founder of Marionette Studio, Co-founder of Girls Who Code Iasi community, Certified Professional Scrum Master, Software Developer, Career Coach and Customer Success manager.

About the event

Together with Anca Sandu, we will bring a two-part event:

  1. A set of examples from Anca’s experiences with customer discovery and empathy from searching and “acquiring” relevant interview subjects, to interviewing and discovering unarticulated needs and insights relevant to both users and business.
  2. A mini-workshop with you to practice customer interviewing and insight discovery.

 

Anca was the host of IBM’s Toliane a year and so ago. She has a wide range of experience at Ipsos Research, IBM and then at Omniconvert where she has fun with scaleup or startup products. She is crazy fun. Or fun crazy, whatever 🙂
