Are you considering the options for your business as you enter a working world shaped by social distancing? How are you planning to ask your employees to come back to a new social-distancing office? Learn what options you have to make the return less disruptive and more seamless.

As the UK government is easing Covid-19 restrictions, its impact brings fresh questions as we start working towards our new normal. The route towards a new working environment brings with it fresh complexities for startups and SMEs, especially those with staff.

Returning to work, and bringing back your team into a world shaped by social distancing may seem daunting. Fortunately, there are ways for your workplace to stay on the right side of new safety rules and help your employees to feel their well-being is taken care of.

To assist startup founders and teams throughout this process of returning to work, we’ve joined hands to bring this open panel and Q&A where we’ll give you practical and actionable advice for your startup, and answer your questions.

Panelists

Michael Handley, Facilities Manager at TechHub will talk about the safety measures community workspace TechHub is bringing in for its 400 startups, and will ask commonly asked questions from the tech community.

Merlie Calvert, Founder & CEO at Farillio will be able to answer questions on getting staff back to work safely, what happens when you / they can’t get back to work as before, or they are anxious about coming back, or someone falls ill with COVID-19, once they’re back.

Alex Wheal, Commercial Client Manager at Hiscox will be able to answer questions on the changing risks to your business and how you can protect yourself from any mistakes you might make in the process of adapting to the new normal

Moderator: Perdie Alder, Head of Programme at TechHub

This event will be live-streamed to YouTube. To submit a question in advance, please fill out this form
