This week, we’re welcoming Sara Bresler, Head of Managed Services, Spinks.

Sara joined Spinks in August 2000 and during her long career in recruitment, she has held many roles and responsibilities including account management, service delivery management, strategic account development and client relationship management.
Throughout her career, Sara has managed a broad portfolio of clients from SMEs to large corporates. Sara has developed a reputation for unrivalled delivery of recruitment services for recognised brands such as Accenture, BT, Honda and Brewin Dolphin and she has worked closely with smaller organisations advising them on a range of subjects such as talent attraction, talent retention, employee engagement and employer branding. Sara’s versatility stands her well in managing clients of all sizes.
Sara has considerable experience of volume IT recruitment, working with clients to design and implement volume recruitment programmes from end to end. Sara is fully conversant with all areas of the recruitment life cycle enabling her to offer advice to both her candidates and clients on a range of industry issues. Sara has onsite recruitment experience and in her post of Service Delivery Manager with one of or key managed service clients, she gained real insight into recruitment from a client’s perspective.
With a Diploma in Coaching Excellence, coupled with over 20 years recruitment experience, Sara is able to coach her candidates on a range of topics including career transition, employability, interview techniques, networking and CV writing. With her client side experience, Sara can guide her clients on topics such as onboarding, employee engagement and diversity.
