Wharton Asset Management Company is a private single family office established in London in 1992. Wharton AM looks after a diversified direct global venture capital and private equity portfolio with investments in sectors ranging from highly innovative biotech and high tech (particularly AI) to more traditional consumer goods. Current portfolio spreads across US, Canada, Africa, Europe and ll the way to Pakistan.
The firm has four major strategies: founding/incubating, investing from pre-seed to series B and pre-IPO as well traditional private equity on MBO, LBO and infrastructure projects. Technology forms one of the largest area of interest and portfolio allocation with a particular area of focus in distruptive technologies with the potential to become market leader or creat new markets.
As part of the in-house incubation/founding program in the last 3 years team at Wharton has founded and funded a number of start-ups in sectors such as fintech, security and life sciences. Our team has a very hands-on approach and always on the lookout for the next big thing that could changes lives of millions of people.

Baz Saidieh, strong entrepreneurial professional who is skilled in strategy, growth, investment, venture, business development, digital, business processes and entrepreneurship and has previuously been CEO of Europe’s only independent retail and consumer investment fund and accelerator, now part of the team at Wharton.
Eva Tarasova, veteran of family office investment sector with passion for start ups, responsible for deal origination and network creation.
