Join this session to chat with Danny about a range of business challenges, including,
Business pitch to investors: What/how will you pitch, can you answer the basic questions.
Product: What will you sell, why will people buy it, create a client pitch.
Customers: Who will buy it, how will they purchase/how often, what is their buying process/pattern/organisation, why will they buy?
Business & financial model: How much will it cost to make and then what can you sell it at, what other costs will there be, what additional revenues may come over time. What are the basic assumptions around how you will run the business?
Strategy: for your business and each business areas – the whole business, technology “IT”, people “HR”, Cash flow “Finance” , Growth “Sales & Marketing” and any other part of the value chain/business.
Money & Time: budgeting/forecasting, business modelling, cash flow, how long is this all going to take?
Technology roll out: how will a customer/partner roll out your product, what contract issues will there be, who will take the risk, there is more to a successful product than just the product.
Planning your workload: What activities do you need to do over the coming 3, 6, 12, 24 months?
Risks: What risks are there and how might you mitigate them?
Danny sits down with CEO’s/CFO’s to help them plan how to run their companies, including. .

He writes investment business cases and has experience sitting on the other side of the table as decision maker. Danny has helped small to large companies £1mn – £6bn and has been a guest speaker at London Business School for 15 years. He was CFO of a listed start-up company raising £10mn, sat as a trustee on the board of the CMI, planned and run many mega deals.
