Annual Membership:

• £375 +VAT - Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, drop-in workspace (subject to a 'fair use' policy).

• Monthly personal workspace is an incredibly low £275 +VAT.
• Our Residents space is curated to create an awesome, relaxed and creative atmosphere.

Join the TechHub community of technology start-ups, entrepreneurs, developers, investors and others who are part of the global technology ecosystem. We're focused on product-oriented tech companies as rather than agencies, consultants and media companies (this means you work mostly on your own products, rather than doing bespoke projects for clients).

TechHub London membership is open not just to people from London, but the wider UK, Europe, the Middle East, the US, India, Asia and beyond! If you want to plug into the tech community when you're in London, whether that's a few times a week, or a few times a year, you're welcome.

Please note that all memberships are for the named individual who is applying - memberships are not per company.

TechHub London is now open from 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday for Annual Members (Residents have 24/7 access). To apply, visit our sign-up page.

For a tour of the space, you'll need to book in advance - just drop us a line via our contact form to let us know which day you'd like to come and include your contact and company details.

We have a vibrant mix of entrepreneurs and startups who need a permanent base at TechHub - a desk space to call their own.

Cost: £275 +VAT per month, per membership (one desk).

• A permanent work space at TechHub in City Rd, London for each month paid for.
  • Includes: desk space, chair, 100mbps wifi/wired data, power, use of kitchen area.
  • Includes: Shared colour laser printer (subject to fair use).
  • Includes: mailing address at TechHub London
• 24/7 access for you with your own set of keys - come whenever you like
• Huge flexibility: The minimum booking for desk space is three months, and it's just a month's notice if you need to leave.
• Any landline telephone or dedicated internet requirements can be discussed, but are not included.
• TechHub Membership for one named individual at TechHub’s City Rd, Old St space in London.
  • Be part of the TechHub community.
  • Listing in our Members list.
  • Membership is not transferable and is for one named individual only.
• A TechHub member account to access the exclusive member network online.
• Access to TechHub events
  • Includes: free member-only networking and other events.
  • Discounted entry to any TechHub events charging a fee.
• Preferential member rates for meeting room booking (a small meeting room is just £7 +VAT per hour - a discount of 50%).
• Free two-hour guest passes for named guests to meet you at TechHub if they are not members.
• Members may bring a guest in with them for the day for a charge of £20 +VAT.

• Access 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
• A TechHub member account to access the exclusive member network online.
• Access to TechHub events
  • Includes: free member-only networking and other events.
  • Discounted entry to any TechHub events charging a fee.
• Preferential Member rates for meeting room booking & event space hire (small meeting rooms are only £7 an our +VAT for Members - a discount of 50%).
• Free two-hour guest passes for named guests to meet you at TechHub if they are not members.
• Members may bring a guest in with them for the day for a charge of £20 +VAT.
