from the biggest companies and most prominent luminaries to
grassroots organisations, universities and cultural institutions
– to participate and program the festival. All
participants can add their event to the official calendar at no
cost, and will have their events showcased and promoted as

Partner. More information and signup for
organisations that wish to participate is available

Internet Week Europe is
presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts &
Sciences, the presenter of the highly acclaimed sister festival,

success of the NYC festival, which saw the participation of over
150 organisations in 2010, including Yahoo!, YouTube, Mashable,
AOL, Time Warner, Pepsi, Motorola, The New Museum, New York
University and Foursquare, and is presented in cooperation with
New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s office.

join David-Michel Davies, executive director of IADAS, as
co-chairs of Internet Week
Europe.
“Some of the biggest names in digital media have joined
together for a citywide celebration of all things Internet,"
comments Nicolas Roope, co-chairman, Internet Week
Europe. "It's an amazing opportunity to
experience the best of Europe's internet culture and commerce,
meeting the people behind the screens who are creating the future
of digital media."
